Some Common Cents for October 16th 2015

Lastagst week, a client sent me an email asking my thoughts on a Washington Post article by former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers about something called ‘secular stagnation.’ Summers has been very vocal and visible regarding
the subject, and his probable case scenario due to said stagnation would be most people’s worst case. Does it and he have merit?
